It's finally the day after tomorrow.
This time there are over 1000 items! ️
I don't think we'll ever see so many of Sekiya's items together.
It's really impressive👍
For this solo exhibition, he made a variety of items that he doesn't usually make, such as "Yunomi", "Flower vase", "Chopstick holder", "Flower pot", "Children's small plate", and "Large bowl".
And...
I had given up on the Shisa figurine! ️
Sekiya was originally a Shisa maker.
He apparently won awards in the past.
In fact, I had never seen a Shisa before and had been asking him to make one for a long time, but he refused because he didn't have the physical strength to make Shisa.
The people at the workshop said they didn't have any broken ones or any that they had made in the past, so it wasn't possible to see them.
However, he contacted me and said that he had made a mini Shisa for this solo exhibition, and I am very grateful.
I had given up on even seeing it (I couldn't find it online), but it will arrive in a matter of days after leaving Okinawa.
(It hasn't arrived yet...)
If there are no delays in the postal service, I think I will be able to show it off at the solo exhibition‼ ️
I'm looking forward to it arriving now.
The phantom shisa...
Everyone please come and see it‼ ️

In that case, we will call you in order, so please wait at our dog run (no dogs).
*Please forgive us for the delay in packaging due to the small number of staff🙇♀️
Shipping is also possible.
*Paper bags will be available on the day, but it would be helpful if you could bring an eco bag.
It is far from the station and the roads are difficult to find, but
we hope that many people will come and see Sekiya's pottery.
